연구실 소개

신준호 교수의 연구실은 주로 텅스텐, 몰리브덴, 탄탈륨 등의 전이금속을 중심으로 한 유기금속 화합물의 합성과 반응성에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히, 테르트-부틸기 치환 페닐렌 사이클로펜타디엔일 리간드를 가진 메탈로센 복합체를 이용해 새로운 유형의 리간드 치환 반응 및 전이금속의 산화 상태 제어를 연구하고 있으며, 이는 촉매 개발 및 신소재 설계에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 텔루르, 셀레늄, 페로티드 등 제16족 원소를 포함한 새로운 리간드를 갖는 복합체의 합성과 그 반응성에 대한 기초 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

A series of phosphorus-bridged ansa -metallocene complexes of titanium, zirconium, and hafnium, [PhP(C 5 Me 4 ) 2 ]MX 2 and [Ph(E)P(C 5 Me 4 ) 2 ]MX 2 (X = Cl, Me, CO, (Se 3 ) 0.5, (Te 3 ) 0.5; E = O, S, Se), has been synthesized. The ansa-effect, as it applies to tantalocene chemistry, has been investigated by a comparison of the chemistry of [Me2Si(C5Me4)2]TaH3 and [Me2Si(C5Me4)2]Ta(η2-C2H4)H with their permethyltantalocene counterparts; these studies demonstrate that incorporation of the [Me2Si] ansa bridge substantially enhances the rates of both reductive elimination of H2 and ethylene-insertion into a Ta–H bond.
