연구실 소개
양준모 교수의 연구실은 아토피 피부염의 병태생리적 기전을 단백질체 및 유전적 요소의 관점에서 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주로 환자에서 유래한 피부세포(케라티노사이트 및 피부유선세포)를 대상으로 프로테오믹스 분석을 통해 변형된 단백질 발현과 유전자 다형성(SNPs, haplotype)의 역할을 탐색하고 있으며, 특히 IL-4, IL-13, SPINK5, ALDH1 등의 유전자 및 단백질이 아토피 피부염의 생물학적 마커로 기능할 수 있음을 규명하고 있습니다. 이는 질병의 조기 진단 및 타겟 치료 전략 개발에 기여할 잠재력을 지닌 연구입니다.

Recently, we reported altered protein expression in primary cultured fibroblasts from atopic dermatitis (AD) patients. As a sequential study, we conducted proteomic analysis of primary keratinocytes derived from AD patients to further identify AD-related proteins.
