Wide, complex defects of the scalp caused by various insults always represent reconstructive challenges for surgeons. Our study group consisted of 18 patients (14 males and 4 females) with a mean age of 40.2 years. Nineteen free-tissue transfers were used to reconstruct the scalp defects. This paper reports on the treatment of bone defects caused by osteomyelitis of the radius using an Ilizarov distraction technique and a vascularized fibular graft. 본 연구는 노인의 가족관계, 삶의 만족도, 우울의 정도를 파악하고, 가족관계와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구는 2012년 한국복지패널(KOWEPS) 7차년도의 원자료를 사용하여 2차 분석을 하였다. 배우자와 자녀가 2명 이상 있는 65세 이상의 노인들을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 가족관계가 좋을수록 우울수준은 낮고, 삶의 만족도는 높은 관계가 나타났으며, 우울수준이 낮을수록 삶의 만족도는 높은 관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 가족관계와 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 우울은 노인의 가족관계가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 근거로 노인의 가족관계 증진을 통해 우울을 예방하고 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 실천적 및 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

Many types of upper lip reconstruction have been introduced to treat defects after a tumor excision or trauma. The authors treated two cases of upper lip defects. We report three new records Korean marine gastropods. The new record species are Hipponix acuta, Lyncina (Ponda) carneola, and Velutina (Velutella) plicatilis cryptospira. As a result, the family Hipponicidae in Korea turned out to be 5 species of 4 genera, Cypraeidae are 14 species of 8 genera, and Velutinidae are 7 species of 3 genera, respectively.

This study investigates the relationship between market power, as measured by aggregate markups, and income inequality across 34 countries between 1991 and 2016. We find that market power is positively associated with income inequality in developing countries, while the relationship between markups and income inequality in advanced economies is more nuanced and statistically insignificant.
