연구실 소개

김준원 교수의 연구실은 생체의료 소재 및 나노생물공학 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 생체 내에서 기능을 유지하고 감염을 방지하는 고성능 표면 코ating 기술 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 폴리펩티드 블록코폴리머를 활용한 항균성 및 단백질 저항성 표면 설계, 은 나노입자를 포함한 생체적합성 있는 코팅 기술이 핵심 연구 주제입니다. 또한 정신건강 분야에서도 청소년 및 성인의 정서적 안정과 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 심리적 요인 분석과 정신질환 선별 척도 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

한국형 성인 ADHD 평가척도 개발 연구

Objectives:Symptoms of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) during childhood may persist into adulthood. This study included the development and validation process of the Korean Adult ADHD Rating Scale (K-AARS), which was developed for screening and monitoring treatment of adults with ADHD. Methods:Preliminary questionnaires of the K-AARS were based on the reviews of previous adult ADHD scales and clinical experiences of the board certified child and adolescent psychiatrists in Korea.

인터넷으로 시행한 벡 우울 척도 2판의 신뢰도와 타당도 : 대학생을 대상으로

인터넷으로 시행한 BDI-2는 만족할만한 내적 일관성과높은 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 보였다. 또한 PHQ-9등의 다른 우울척도와도 유의미한 공존 타당도를 나타내어 우울증을선별하고 평가하는 데 있어서 지필검사와 동등한 신뢰도와타당도가 입증되었다. 이러한 결과가 앞으로 일반인을 대상으로 한 우울증 선별 검사와 우울증 관련 연구에 효과적으로사용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

성인에서 체중관련 태도와 자살사고와의 연관성

본 연구는 성인 인구를 대상으로 체중을 인지하는 태도나체중 조절을 위한 노력과 자살사고의 관계를 평가했다. 남녀모두에서 체중을 인지하는 태도는 자살 사고에 영향을 주지못했으나 체중을 조절하기 위해 노력할 때 자살사고에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때 체중 조절을 위해 노력하는점은 자살을 평가하는 데 유용한 정보로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
