최근 회계법인들의 합병을 통한 대형화가 감사시장의 큰 관심사들 중의 하나이다. 규제당국은 감사품질 향상을 위해서는 회계법인들의 대형화가 이루어져야 한다는 입장이나, 회계법인들에서는 이러한 입장에 반대하는 견해도 많다. 따라서 회계법인 합병의 효과에대해 연구해보는 것은 시기적절하고 중요한 주제라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년초 국내에서 발생한 안진회계법인과 하나회계법인의 합병 그리고 한영회계법인과 안건회계법인의 합병을 이용하여, 회계법인의 합병 이후 감사품질의 변화가 발생했는지를 분석하였다. 감사품질은 재량적 발생액과 발생액의 질을 이용하여 측정하였으며, 증분차분법을 이용하여 표본기간 동안 발생했을 수도 있는 합병과 무관한 다른 회계법인의 감사품질 변화를통제하였다. 실증분석 결과, 합병 이전 3년 기간과 비교할 때 합병 이후 3년 기간 동안 합병한 회계법인의 감사품질이 증가하는 현상이 관찰되었다. 여러 강건성 분석에서도 질적으로 동일한 결과가 관찰되었다. 그러나 과거 발생했

With the theory of feminist intersectionality, this study examined intimate partner violence (IPV) among Korean immigrant women focusing on gender norms, immigration, and socioeconomic status in the contexts of Korean culture. A total of 83 Korean immigrant women who were receiving a social service from non-profit agencies in ethnically diverse urban areas were recruited with a purposive sampling method. Hierarchical regressions were conducted to examine changes in variance explained by models.

In addition, we assessed the contribution of secondary particulate matter formation gas emissions, which contribute to particulate matter formation.Method : To calculate the PM Footprint in the transportation sector, the ReCiPe life cycle impact assessment method in life cycle assessment (LCA) was used.

금융감독원에서는 경영진단의견서의 정보유용성을 제고하고자 노력하고 있다. 경영진단의견서는 경영진이 직접 기업의 재무상태와 경영실적을 평가하고 미래의 예측을 제공함으로써 투자자들에게 유용한 정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 경영진단의견서가 정보유용성을 확보하기 위해서는 매년 동일한 내용을 반복하기보다는 계속해서 변화하는 기업의 경영환경을 충분히 반영해야 한다. 따라서 경영진단의견서가 전기에 비해 얼마나 차별화된 서술을 제시하는지 여부는 경영진단의견서의 정보유용성을 판단하는 데 중요한 기준이 될 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 1999년부터 2018년까지 유가증권시장과 코스닥시장에 상장된 기업의 경영진단의견서의 문장단위 유사성을 분석해본 결과, 약 40%의 문장이 전년도에 작성한 문장과 거의 동일한 문장임을 발견하였다. 또한, 문장단위 유사성을 측정한 코사인 유사도(cosine similarity) 의 중위값은 0.87로, 많은 문장이 전년도 문장과 대동소이한 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라,

본 연구는 경영자의 재량권이 기업의 조세회피에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한다. 재량권은 경영자가 자신이 뜻하는 바를 행할 수 있는 능력으로 외부의 환경요인과 기업의 조직특성, 경영자의 개인적인 특성 등에 따라 결정된다. 경영자의 재량권은 기업가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있으나, 소유와 경영이 분리되어 대리인문제가 있는 경우 재량권은 기업가치에 부정적으로 이용될 수도 있다. 한편, 경영자의 특성과 조세회피의 연관성을 분석한 선행연구는 다수 존재하나 경영자의 성향이나 능력 등에 제한되어 있고 일관성 있는 결과가 도출되지 못한 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 경영자의 특성과 조세회피에 관련하여 일관되지 않은 결과가 경영자의 재량권에 기인할 수 있다고 보고, 그동안 거의 연구되지 않은 경영자의 재량권이 기업의 조세회피 수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한다. 본 연구는 Hambrick and Abrahamson(1995)이 개발한 경영자의 재량권 측정치를 이용하여 2000년부터 2014년까지

특수관계인 거래는 일방에 유리하도록 계약을 설정할 수 있고 외부 주주에 의한 감시와 통제를 덜 받는 특징이 있다. 이러한 점으로 인해 기업집단의 특수관계인 거래는 조세를 회피하는 수단으로 이용되고 있다고 알려져 있다. 우리나라는 주주와의 정보비대칭을 해소하고 기업집단 내 부당내부거래를 감시하기 위한 목적으로 각각 재무제표 주석에 공시되는 금융위원회 공시(‘금융위 공시’)와 공시대상기업집단의 대규모내부거래를 대상으로 하는 공정거래위원회 공시(‘공정위 공시’) 규정을 두고 있다. 금융위 공시는 재무제표 주석에 특수관계인 유무와 회계기간 동안 발생한 특수관계 거래 규모를 공시하도록 하며, 공정위 공시는 일정 규모 이상의 특수관계 거래가 발생할 때마다 거래목적 및 거래금액 등을 수시로 공시하도록 하고 있다. 공정위 공시는 금융위 공시와 그 목적과 방법 등이 상이하기 때문에 기업의 조세회피 행위에 대해서도 차별적인 정보를 제공할 수 있지만, 직접 공시 정보를 수집해야하는 등의 어려움으로 인해
