연구실 소개
김강민 교수의 연구실은 뇌혈관 질환, 특히 모야모야병과 내경막성 뇌경색 등에서의 혈류 순환 및 치료 전략에 중점을 두고 있으며, 뇌신경외과적 치료법과 방사선치료의 정밀성 향상에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 신약 물질의 약물 대사 및 장내 균형 조절 기능을 가진 유산균의 생리학적 특성 분석을 통해 신약 개발과 기능성 식품의 기초 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 천연물 성분의 약리학적 작용과 청정 에너지 기술의 융합 연구를 통해 의학과 공학의 융복합 연구를 선도하고 있습니다.

15BACKGROUND: Recurrent hemorrhage is a serious neurosurgical problem in adult moyamoya disease (MMD) patients. OBJECTIVE: To find the natural history and risk factors of recurrent hemorrhage in cases of adult hemorrhagic MMD. METHODS: One hundred seventy-six adult MMD patients presenting with hemorrhage were enrolled. Patients' medical records and radiological images were retrospectively reviewed. Clinical and radiological features of recurrent hemorrhage, and related risk factors were analyzed.

The pharmacokinetics of decursin and decursinol angelate (D/DA) was investigated in male SD rats following oral and intravenous administration. D/DA and metabolites obtained from in vitro samples were evaluated by LC/MS. The identification and characterization of Bacillus polyfermenticus KJS-2 (B. polyfermenticus KJS-2) was conducted using TEM, an API 50CHB kit, 16S rDNA sequencing, a phylogenetic tree, and catalase and oxidase testing. In this paper, a new synthesis of carbon nanofibers (CNFs)/carbon nanowalls (CNWs) was performed to improve the characteristics of anode materials of lithium-ion batteries by using the advantages offered by CNWs and CNFs.
