연구실 소개
이기영 교수의 연구실은 주로 유기합성화학과 신호전달 분자의 기작을 중심으로 한 생물학적 분자 메커니즘을 연구합니다. 특히 팔라듐(0) 촉매를 활용한 고선택성 산화환원 반응과 옥사졸린 형성 반응을 통해 복잡한 자연물의 효능을 가진 생체활성 물질을 효율적으로 합성하는 데 주력하고 있으며, 세포 내 칼슘 신호전달 및 산화 스트레스 반응 메커니즘 등 세포 생물학적 경로의 규명도 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 이들의 연구는 신약 개발 및 질병 치료 전략 수립에 기여할 잠재력을 지닙니다.

We report a new asymmetric synthetic method for (-)-swainsonine utilizing a chiral oxazoline precursor. The key features in this strategy are the diastereoselective oxazoline formation reaction catalyzed by palladium(0), diasteroselective dihydroxylation, and the stereocontrolled allylation reaction with TiCl(4).

In this paper, we apply the concept of the group \ulcorner(X,A) of self pair homotopy equivalences of a CW-pair (X, A) to the Postnikov system. Purpose: This study aimed to compare short-term postoperative and oncologic outcomes of a transanal endoscopic total mesorectal excision (TME) to those of a transabdominal robotic TME.
