연구실 소개

장건희 교수의 연구실은 고속·고정밀 기계 시스템의 동역학 및 구조 해석을 중심으로, 하드디스크드라이브(HDD) 내부의 볼 베어링, 유압베어링, 초음파 소노트로드 등 핵심 부품의 정밀 설계 및 성능 최적화를 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 비틀림, 진동, 전기적 축적 현상 등 복합적인 물리적 현상을 수학적 모델링과 유한요소해석(FEM)을 통해 분석하며, 고성능 기계 부품의 신뢰성과 내구성을 높이는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 실험적 측정 기법과 수치 해석 기법을 융합한 정밀 분석 기법 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.
