연구실 소개
한규만 교수의 연구실은 우울증의 뇌 구조적 및 기능적 변화를 이해하기 위해 신경염증, 유전자 다형성, 에피제네틱스 및 뇌 영상 기반 분석을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 히스타민, 키누레인 대사 경로, NLRP3 인플라마솜 등 신경염증 매개체와 FKBP5, TPH2 유전자와 같은 우울증 관련 유전자의 역할을 중심으로 뇌 구조 변화와의 연관성을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 수면 패턴과 체내 염증 반응 간의 관계 등 생활습관과 신경염증의 상호작용에 대해서도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.
