연구실 소개
김관민 교수의 연구실은 주로 비강장성 흉부외과 수술, 특히 영상유도흉부외과술(VATS)과 식도절제술의 임상적 안정성 및 유효성을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 VATS에서의 비계획적 흔증전환의 원인과 결과, 조기 및 만성 후유증에 대한 분석을 통해 수술의 안전성을 높이고자 하며, 식도절제술 후 합병증 관리에 있어 내 endoscopic vacuum therapy(EVT)의 적용성과 효과성에 대해서도 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 흉부외과 수술 후 폐기능 회복을 위한 신체요법 및 광역학 치료의 임상적 적용 가능성에 대해서도 탐색하고 있습니다.

15BACKGROUND: Concerns remain unresolved regarding the safety of unplanned conversion to open thoracotomy during video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) lobectomy. BACKGROUND: Postoperative leakage after esophagectomy is associated with significant life-threatening complications. Recently, endoscopic vacuum therapy (EVT) was introduced and has been successfully used as a new treatment option. High-frequency chest wall oscillation therapy after pulmonary lobectomy resulted in significantly improved immediate postoperative pulmonary function recovery compared to conventional physiotherapy, without any significant adverse effects. These results suggest that high-frequency chest wall oscillation therapy may be a valuable tool in the postoperative care of non-small cell lung cancer patients with lobectomy.
