연구실 소개
박경운 교수의 연구실은 위암 및 결장암과 같은 소화기계 암의 비침습적 진단 기반으로 혈액 중 mSEPT9, MYC 등 유전자 바이오마커를 탐색하고 있으며, 특히 위암의 분자유전자 기반 진단 및 예후 평가 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 항생제 내성 박테리아의 정확한 식별을 위한 16S rRNA 및 tuf 유전자 분석 기법과 RhD 음성 혈액 기부자 대상의 RHD 유전자 분석을 통한 혈액형 분류 전략 개발 등 분자진단학적 기반의 임상응용 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히, 병리조직에서의 혈액형항원 및 헬리코박터 파일로리 감염과의 연관성 분석을 통해 위암 발생 메커니즘 규명에도 기여하고 있습니다.

15Considering the high incidence of plasma mSEPT9 in intestinal or mixed type GCs similar to CRCs, GC should be examined through the plasma mSEPT9 screening test. In addition, plasma mSEPT9 is proposed as a follow-up marker in CRC patients, but further validation is required.
We compared and analyzed 16S rRNA and tuf gene sequences for 97 clinical isolates of coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS) by use of the GenBank, MicroSeq, EzTaxon, and BIBI databases. Discordant results for definitive identification were observed and differed according to the different databases and target genes. BACKGROUND: Three phenotypic identification systems (MicroScan, VITEK 2, and Crystal GP) were evaluated for their accuracy to identify coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS). A total of 120 clinical isolates confirmed to be CNS via 16S rRNA sequencing and analysis with the MicroSeq 500 v2.0 database were assessed.
