연구실 소개
이규택 교수의 연구실은 주로 위장관 종양, 특히 췌장암의 조기 진단 및 생물학적 기전 규명을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. CA 19-9와 COX-2, iNOS 등의 생물학적 마커를 활용한 조기 선별 및 예후 예측 모델 개발에 집중하며, 병변의 조직학적 특성과 유전자 발현 패atters를 기반으로 한 정밀의료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 담낭염 및 병변의 비침습적 치료 전략에 대해서도 임상적 실용성을 고려한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

15BACKGROUND AND AIM: Although the prognosis for pancreatic cancer is generally poor, it is well known that the survival rate for resected pancreatic cancer is much higher than that for more conservative treatment. The importance of early detection is emphasized for resection of pancreatic cancer. Measurement of serum carbohydrate antigen (CA) 19-9 has shown satisfactory sensitivity and predictive value in symptomatic patients, but no available data has been found on healthy asymptomatic subjects.

Antibiotic resistance in bacteremic BTI has increased markedly during the past 10 years. Almost half of nosocomial bacteremic BTI caused by common Gram-negative pathogens during 2005-2009 (58.5%) could not be treated with third-generation cephalosporin. We found a prediction model for postoperative prognosis of pancreatic cancer using 7 microRNA expression patterns from archived formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded surgical specimens.
