연구실 소개
이경한 교수 연구실은 암 대사 및 세포 대사 조절 메커니즘을 핵심으로, 특히 18F-FDG PET 영상 기반의 당 대사 및 유사대사 경로 분석을 통해 암의 생물학적 특성과 치료 반응을 규명하는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 EGFR 활성화, pH 변화, 약물 또는 백신 투여 후 대사 반응 등 다양한 생리적·병리적 조건에서의 포도당 대사 조절 메커니즘을 분자생물학적·영상학적 접근으로 탐구하고 있습니다. 또한 약물 유도성 대사 변화나 세포 사멸 영상 기반 치료 모니터링 등 임상 응용 가능성을 고려한 기초-임상 연계 연구도 진행 중입니다.

PURPOSE: We investigated the capacity of F-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (FDG) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) to differentially diagnose immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) in clinically suspected patients.
