연구실 소개

손경희 교수의 연구실은 나노소재의 안정성과 반응성 간 균형을 해소하기 위한 첨단 재료 개발에 주력하고 있으며, 특히 금속 나노입자의 산화 방지를 위한 표면 제어 기술과 그 응용에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 미생물 군집의 변화와 만성 호흡기 질환 간의 상호작용을 밝혀내기 위한 마이크로바이옴 연구를 병행하며, 특히 폐와 장의 미생물군집 간의 상관관계를 분석하고 있습니다. 의료 현장에서의 환자 중심 진료와 전문성 향상을 위한 진료 시간 확보의 중요성에 대해서도 실증적 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

The taxonomic status of Hongia koreensis was investigated by molecular systematic methods. On the basis of 16S rDNA phylogeny, H. koreensis was closely associated with Kribbella flavida and Kribbella sandramycini and formed a monophyletic clade with these species. High Pressure Inactivation of Alliinase and Its Effects on Flavor of Garlic

The effects of high pressure on alliinase and on flavor of garlic (Alliiium sativum L.) were investigated. After pressurized at 150 MPa, 300 MPa, and 500 MPa for 10 min, the activities of purified alliinase were reduced approximately 30%, 80%, and 100%, respectively, while the enzyme activities of pressurized garlic cloves were reduced 0%, 7%, and 100%, respectively.
