한경화 교수의 연구실은 영상의학 및 임상예측모델링 분야에서 핵심적인 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 영상자료를 기반으로 한 진단 및 예후 예측 모델 개발, AI 기반 영상 보고서의 정확성과 환자 친화성 향상, 그리고 MRI를 활용한 간세포암종 등 특정 질환의 영상 특징 분석에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 또한, 영상 해부학적 해석의 정확도를 높이기 위한 다독자 간 일치도 평가 및 생존 분석 기법의 적용 등 임상적 실용성을 강화하는 연구를 지속적으로 진행하고 있습니다.

OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study was to compare the major imaging features of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans with Gd-EOB-DTPA (EOB) and extracellular agent (ECA; Gd-DTPA) contrast media.
