연구실 소개
김경현 교수의 연구실은 주로 생체의학 및 화학 분야에서의 응용을 목표로 하며, 특히 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소를 활용한 녹색 화학 기술 개발과 간질환 치료를 위한 천연물질의 세포 보호 메커니즘 규명에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 고도의 분자 상호작용, 예를 들어 C-H…O 약한 수소결합과 루이스 산염-염기 상호작용의 기여도를 정량적으로 분석함으로써 CO₂ 친화성 분자의 설계 원리를 규명하고 있으며, 동시에 간세포의 프로그램된 세포사(아폽토시스)를 억제하는 데 기여하는 꿀벌독의 생리적 기전을 밝혀내는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 척추 기형, 척추관 협착, 척추 후방유합 등 척추 기형 치료의 임상적 및 영상학적 결과 분석도 중요한 연구 주제입니다.
