연구실 소개
홍경수 교수의 연구실은 정신질환, 특히 조현병과 양극성장애의 유전적 기반과 신경생물학적 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 주로 글루타메이트 수용체 및 시냅스 단백질과 관련된 유전자(예: DLGAP3, SLC1A1)의 역할을 규명하며, 항정신병제 투여 시 발생하는 부작용(예: 강박 증상, 퇴행성 운동장애)의 유전적 기초를 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한 수면-생체리듬 이상과 정서 변화의 계절성 등 생체 리듬과 정신질환의 연관성에 대해서도 꾸준히 연구하고 있습니다.
