연구실 소개
이경태 교수 연구실은 주로 식물 유래 천연물질의 생리적 활성, 특히 항염증 및 항암 작용에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 다양한 식물에서 분리된 폴리페놀 및 사포닌 유도체가 면역세포에서 염증 매개 단백질과 유전자 발현을 억제하는 분자 기전을 규명하고 있으며, 특히 iNOS, COX-2, TNF-α, IL-6 등의 염증 반응 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 암세포 주입 모델을 활용한 세포 사멸 유도 작용과 항산화 작용에 대한 기전 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
