연구실 소개
박경우 교수의 연구실은 간세포암과 같은 간질환의 임상적 특성과 생존율을 분석하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 간염 바이러스 관련 간암의 치료 전략과 예후 요법에 대한 연구를 지속하고 있습니다. 또한 항응고제 반응성, 혈소판 기능, 약물 대사 유전자 다형성 등 심혈관 질환의 개인 맞춤형 치료를 위한 분자 기반 연구도 진행 중입니다. 특히 한국인 환자를 대상으로 한 임상 연구를 기반으로 한 정밀의료 및 치료 예후 예측 모델 개발이 핵심 과제입니다.

15BACKGROUND AND AIM: To investigate the clinical characteristics and survival outcomes of a large cohort of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients treated at a single institute in a hepatitis B virus (HBV)-endemic area.
