연구실 소개
차경준 교수의 연구실은 생물의학적 신호 분석과 생체재료의 분광적 특성 분석을 기반으로 한 정밀의료 기술 개발에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 혈액세포, 간세포, 배아줄기세포 등 다양한 세포 유형의 유전자 발현 패tern을 분석함으로써 줄기세포의 상태 유지를 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 한 질병 진단 지표(예: FIB-4 지수의 개선) 개발도 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, Raman 분광법과 파동수분석, 시간열 모델링 기법을 활용해 생체 신호의 복원 및 분류에 응용하는 연구를 지속하고 있습니다.
