연구실 소개
조규란 교수 연구실은 유방암의 조기 진단과 정밀 진료를 위한 영상유전자학적 접근을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 고해상도 초음파, DWI 및 DCE-MRI를 활용한 종양의 생물학적 특성 분석과 함께, IVIM 모델링을 통한 혈류 및 확산 특성 분석을 통해 암의 예후 요법에 기여할 수 있는 영상 지표를 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 비계산성 DCIS나 림프절 상태 예측 등 임상적 난이도 높은 유방암 영상 진단 문제를 해결하고자 합니다.

15Diagnosis of non-calcified DCIS by mammography is not an easy task due to the lack of typical malignant calcifications or masses. High resolution ultrasound can be useful for detecting non-calcified DCIS, and ultrasound findings are correlated with histological features.
