As a comparative analysis of teacher preparation in its sociohistorical contexts, this study examines the official educational aims and curricula of 49 mathematics teacher preparation programs in South Korea and the United States, where substantial differences have been observed in both student achievement and teacher knowledge. Overall, the findings from this study suggest that transnational commonalities and national differences exist simultaneously in social expectations for teacher knowledge

본 연구는 중학교 수학 교사가 서술형평가의 개념을 어떻게 인식하고 문항을 개발하는지, 서술형평가의 목표와 효과, 문제점 및 해결방안과 같은 서술형평가 전반에 대하여 어떻게 이해하고 있는지, 실제 학교현장에서 서술형평가문항의 채점방법과 활용을 어떻게 하고 있는지 등을 조사하여 분석한 연구이다. 총 189명의 중학교 교사를 대상으로 설문조사한 결과, 서술형평가에 대한 인식과 실행에 있어 알고리즘적 문제해결과 정답을 강조하는 측면이 강하게 나타났으나 실제 문항에서는 다양한 측면에서 서술형 평가를 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 서술형평가에 대한 인식은 교직경력에 따라 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 현재 중학교에서 이루어지고 있는 채점 방식을 조사한 결과 분석적 채점 방법을 주로 사용하며 교사들 간의 협력이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 수학과 서술형평가가 효과적으로 실행되기 위한 시사점 및 함의점을 제공하였다.

The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, we determine the lower bound for the maximum coherence between a pair of dual frames in Cd and state conditions under which the lower bound is attained. 본 연구는 수학과 서술형 평가에서 나타난 중학교 2학년 학생들의 오류 유형을 문항별, 학습 수준별로 분석함으로써 효과적인 교수·학습 과정을 촉진하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 총 99명의 중학교 2학년 학생들의 문항 반응을 분석한 결과, 수학적 사고와 표현, 현실 맥락과 연결된 문항 혹은 수학 내용들이 연결된 문항 등에서 다양한 오류가 나타났으며 단일 오류뿐만 아니라 복합적인 오류 유형도 발견되었다. 학습 수준에 따라서도 상위 수준의 학생들은 복합적 오류 보다는 단일 오류가, 중하위 수준의 학생들은 복합적인 오류가 더 빈번히 나타났으며 오류 유형도 다양하였다. 이러한 결과는 문항의 유형별, 학습 수준별 학생들의 오류 패턴을 보여주는 것으로 향후 학생들의 오류를 수정하고 수학 학습을 촉진할 수 있는 서술형 평가 문항과 교수법 개발에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.
