연구실 소개
이정우 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 기반의 에너지 저장 장치와 의료용 약물 전달 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 그래핀과 산화망간, 니켈 수화물 등 다양한 나노복합재를 활용해 고성능 슈퍼커패시터를 설계하고 있으며, 동시에 생체 적합성 고분자 기반의 분해성 마이크로니들 패치를 통해 비침습적이고 안전한 생물의약품 투여 방법을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히, 약물의 생체활성 유지와 함께 제작 공정의 안정성과 실용성을 확보하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

15Graphene/Mn 3 O 4 composites were prepared by a simple hydrothermal process from KMnO 4 using ethylene glycol as a reducing agent. Mn 3 O 4 nanorods of 100 nm to 1 μm length were observed to be well-dispersed on graphene sheets. Hierarchical microspheres composed of wrinkled α-Ni(OH) 2 nanosheets were synthesized from an aqueous solution containing nickel salts, hexamethylenetetramine, 1-butanol, and dodecyl sulfate. This study demonstrates the nature progression of CM and quantifies the clinical characteristics of hypertrophy and nodule formation with untreated head and neck CM. Early and continuous treatment is recommended in hopes of preventing CM progression.
