연구실 소개

이경훈 교수의 연구실은 암의 분자 기전과 표적 치료를 중심으로 진행되고 있으며, 특히 유방암, 위암, 비소세포성 폐암 등에서의 생물학적 마커와 표적 치료 반응성에 대한 기초 및 임상 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. HSP90 억제제, PD-L1 억제제, 그리고 조기 전이 탐지 마커 등 다양한 약물 및 생체지표의 기전과 임상적 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 특히 유전자 이상을 기반으로 한 암의 이차적 특성과 치료 반응성 간의 연관성을 분석하는 분석 생물학적 접근도 강점입니다.

Heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) is a molecular chaperone required for the stability of key regulators of cell survival and is an emerging target of cancer therapy.
