연구실 소개
이민영 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 기반의 약물 전달 시스템과 감염성 질환의 진단 및 병태생리에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 금 나노입자와 히알루론산을 조합한 표적 전달 시스템을 통해 간염 치료제의 효과를 극대화하고 있으며, 다양한 병원성 미생물(예: 마이코플라즈마, 우레아플라즈마)의 유전자 진단 및 항생제 내성 분석에도 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 염증 반응 지표인 평균 혈소판 부피(MPV)와 피부 손상 병변의 면역조직화학적 특성 분석을 통해 질병의 생물학적 기전을 규명하고자 합니다.

Actinic keratosis (AK) and Bowen's disease (BD) are common patterns of in situ squamous cell carcinoma of the epidermis. Diagnostic reference level (DRL) is employed to optimize the radiation doses of patients. The objective of this study is to review the DRLs for interventional procedures in Korea and abroad. Literature review was performed to investigate radiation dose index and measurement methodology commonly used in DRL determination. Dose area product (DAP) and fluoroscopy time within each major procedure category were systematically abstracted and analyzed. A wide variation was found in the radiation dose.
This case report suggests that a combination of FNAC and culture is a simple and useful method of diagnosing fungal infections. Early diagnosis by FNAC makes possible the early initiation of treatment.
Our results indicated that the incidence of PAPE was very low (0.023%) and occurred mainly in the postpartum period after cesarean section. However, its maternal mortality rate was significantly high (7.7%). Therefore, we suggest that immediate diagnosis and prompt treatment should be prioritized for improvement of PAPE patients' survival rate.

Neointimal hyperplasia of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) plays a critical role in atherosclerotic plaque formation and in-stent restenosis, but the underlying mechanisms are still incompletely understood.
