연구실 소개

박민철 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 및 유기-무기 페로브스카이트 기반의 에너지 변환 소자, 특히 태양전지와 마이크로냉각 장치의 설계 및 최적화를 핵심으로 연구하고 있습니다. 고성능 페로브스카이트 태양전지의 대면적, 연속적 제조 기술 개발과 함께, 초음파 스프레이 코ating 기반의 고균일성 필름 형성 기술을 선도하고 있으며, 이와 연계해 마이크로프로세서 냉각을 위한 파형형 미세채널 열심역 설계 및 수치적 최적화 기법도 개발하고 있습니다. 또한 신경조절 및 신경질환 치료를 위한 초음파 뉴로모듈레이션 기술의 응용 가능성에 대해서도 탐색하고 있습니다.

Direct Field Effect of Neighboring Cell Transistor on Cell-to-Cell Interference of nand Flash Cell Arrays

We introduce the concept of the direct field effect of a neighboring cell transistor on the cell-to-cell interference of NAND Flash cell memory. BACKGROUND: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common cause of dementia, and is characterized by amyloid-β (Aβ) plaques and tauopathy. Reducing Aβ has been considered a major AD treatment strategy in pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches. Impairment of gamma oscillations, which play an important role in perception and cognitive function, has been shown in mouse AD models and human patients. We present our study on the effect of field oxide recess on cell-programming-speed uniformity of nand flash cell memory. Due to the short distance between the control gate and the shallow-trench-isolation (STI) edge, the control-gate voltage generates uniform distribution of an electric field on the STI edge and provides strong immunity to fabrication process variation in cell programming.
