연구실 소개
박미혜 교수의 연구실은 산부인과 질환과 모성·태아 건강을 중심으로 한 임상 및 기초 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 산전 고혈압성 질환인 전신염색체질환(피임증)의 발달 기전과 산소화 스트레스, 염증 반응, 혈관 내피 기능 이상 간의 상관관계를 규명하고 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 조기 진단 및 예방 전략 개발을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 또한, 비침습적 산전진단(NIPT)의 임상적 적용과 경제성 평가를 포함한 산전 검사 전략의 최적화에 관한 연구도 진행 중입니다.
