연구실 소개
장미 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 간세포암, 간담도암 등 소화기계 종양의 분자생물학적 기반을 규명하고, 특히 면역관문 억제 치료에 대한 내성 메커니즘과 종양 미세환경의 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 마이크로시사이트 안정성(MSS) 대장암에서 VEGF-A와 TOX를 통한 T세포 불능화, WNT/β-카테니ン 경로의 역할, 그리고 간담도암의 치료 반응 예측 biomarker 탐색 등 정밀의료에 기여할 수 있는 분자 기반의 임상적 응용을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 또한, 희귀 종양인 고형세포형낭성신생물(SPNeoplasms)의 진단 마커 확립에도 기여하고 있습니다.
