연구실 소개
한미영 교수의 연구실은 신경세포의 시냅스 소포 재활용 메커니즘과 세포 신호전달 경로를 중심으로 분자생물학적 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 다이너민 I의 전사 조절 요소와 Grb2를 통한 Ras 신호전달 경로의 조절 메커니즘을 밝혀내며 신경계 및 간세포에서의 단백질 상호작용 네트워크를 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전적 질환의 생물학적 기전과 생식 능력 유지 전략에 대한 임상적 응용 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
