연구실 소개

구민희 교수의 연구실은 암 생물학과 약물 개발의 융합 분야에서 활발한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 표적 치료의 핵심인 EGFR 및 cPLA2α와 같은 신호전달 단백질을 타겟으로 한 저작물 개발과, 암세포의 대사 스트레스가 간세포 유사 표현형을 유도하는 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 나노미세유체공정을 활용한 다중 약물 방출 시스템과 근적외선 발광 물질을 활용한 생체 이미징 기술 개발을 통해 약물 전달 및 진단의 융합적 접근을 선도하고 있습니다.
