연구실 소개
김민환 교수의 연구실은 주로 암의 치료 내성과 면역 회피 기전을 규명하고, 이를 극복하기 위한 신약 전달 시스템과 나노재료 기반의 피부 및 하이드로젤 제형 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. BRAF 억제제 내성에서 YAP 활성화가 PD-L1 발현을 통해 T세포 반응을 회피하는 메커니즘을 규명한 바 있으며, 오로볼, PPD 등의 저용해성 약물의 피부 침투를 향상시키기 위한 나노입자 및 하이드로젤 시스템을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히, 암의 면역상태 분류와 순환 종양 DNA를 활용한 바이오마커 탐색을 통해 정밀의료에 기여하고자 합니다.
