김민재 교수의 연구실은 소화기계 질환과 만성 질환의 병태생리적 기전을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 장 운동 이상, 만성 염증, 장벽 기능 이상과 관련된 미생물총 조절 및 면역 반응 변화를 중심으로 기초 및 임상 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 또한, 위암의 재발 예방 메커니즘과 신체 활동, 수면 환경 등 생활습관이 만성 질환에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하고 있습니다.

ZnO 초박막의 두께 변화에 따른 구조적, 전기적, 광학적 특성 변화 연구

원자층 증착법(ALD: atomic layer deposition)으로 150oC에서 성장된 zinc oxide (ZnO) 초박막의 두께 변화에따른 구조적, 전기적, 광학적 특성을 조사하였다. ZnO 박막을 증착하기 위해 금속 전구체와 반응물로 각각 diethylzinc와deionized water를 사용하였다. ALD 사이클 당 성장률은 150 oC에서 약 0.21 nm/cycle로 일정 하였으며, 50 사이클 이하의 샘플들은 초기 ALD 성장 단계에서 상대적으로 얇은 두께로 인하여 비정질 성질을 갖는 것으로 보였다. 100 사이클에서 200 사이클로 두께가 증가함에 따라 ZnO 박막의 결정성이 증가하였고 hexagonal wurtzite 구조를 보였다. 또한, ZnO 박막의 입자 크기가 ALD 사이클의 수의 증가에 따라 증가되었다. 전기적 특성 분석 결과 박막 두께의 증가에 따라서 비저항 값이 감소하였으며, 이는 박막 두께 증가에 따른 입자 크기 증가 및 결정성 개선으로 더 두꺼

이기종 메모리 시스템에서의 원격 메모리 접근이 어플리케이션 성능에 미치는 영향 분석

최근 서버급 어플리케이션의 메모리 요구량이 급증함에 따라 CXL (Compute Express Link) 기반의 이기종 메모리 시스템이 새로운 솔루션으로 제안되고 있다. 본 논문은 CXL을 통해 구성될 수 있는 이기종 메모리 시스템에서 서버급 어플리케이션이 remote 메모리로 인해 겪는 성능 저하를 분석하였다. CXL 메모리는 PCIe를 기반으로 하여 기존 DIMM보다 높은 확장성을 제공하지만, 메모리 접근시간이 길어 성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 시장에서 CXL 메모리 카드를 구할 수 없으므로 본 연구는 이를 분석하기 위해 첫째, FPGA 환경에서 remote DRAM을 에뮬레이션하여 SPEC 벤치마크의 성능 민감도를 평가하였고, 둘째, 두 개의 소켓을 가진 서버에서 CXL 메모리를 모사하여 다양한 어플리케이션의 성능을 측정하였다. 실험 결과, remote 메모리 접근 빈도가 높은 어플리케이션일수록 성능 저하가 크게 발생하였으며, 다중 어플리케이션 환경에서도 이러한 현상이 두드러
