백민준 교수의 연구실은 나노입자 기반의 약물 전달 시스템과 피부용 복합제제 개발을 핵심으로 하며, 특히 표적성 향상과 생체 이용률 향상을 위한 물리화학적 특성 제어에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 오로볼, 갈판소사이드, 세레코시브 등 다양한 약물의 피하 및 경구 투여를 위한 나노구조형 제형(예: 프로리포니오좀, PEGylation 처리된 엣라드리지트 시스템)을 개발하고 있으며, 이는 약물의 안정성과 체내 행동을 극대화하는 데 기여합니다. 또한 광역학 치료를 위한 고성능 광감수제의 설계와 피부 치료제의 체내 침투 능력 향상에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.

PEGylated Eudragit L100 (ELP)-containing proliponiosomes (PLNs) were developed for improved oral delivery of celecoxib (CXB).
