연구실 소개
배민경 교수 연구실은 간 섬유화, 헬리코박터 파일로리 감염에 의한 위염 및 암 발생 메커니즘, 그리고 항산화 물질의 면역 및 염증 조절 기전을 중심으로 한 영양소 및 천연물질의 생리적 기능을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 비타민 D, 셀레늄, 타우린, 푸코자잔틴, 아스티아잔틴 등의 영양소와 천연 화합물이 면역 반응과 산화 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 기초 및 임상적 관점에서 탐구하고 있습니다. 연구는 주로 동물 모델과 간성 세포를 활용한 대사 재편성, DNA 손상 복구, 염증 반응 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로 진행됩니다.
