연구실 소개

김민유 교수의 연구실은 심장·혈액학 및 종양학 분야에서 주로 활동하며, 복잡한 심장수술 환자에서의 빈혈 및 수혈 필요성 감소를 위한 철분 보충 요법의 효과를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 간성뇌증에서 미토콘드리아 활성산소종이 NLRP3 인플라마좀을 활성화하는 메커니즘을 규명하고, 암 수술 환자의 면역 기능 유지에 있어 덱스메데토미딘의 영향을 평가하는 연구도 수행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 노령 환자에서 근육량 감소가 내 endoscopic submucosal dissection 후 폐렴 발생에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 고령 환자의围수술 관리 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.
