연구실 소개
박미나 교수의 연구실은 주로 어린이 환자를 대상으로 한 약리학적 반응, 특히 중추신경계 작용제인 마이다졸람이 유발할 수 있는 역행성 반응(예: 폭력적 행동, 위협적인 울음 등)에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 나이와 약물 복용량이 이러한 역행성 반응에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분석함으로써, 어린이 환자에게서 안전하고 효과적인 진정 치료를 위한 임상적 지침을 모색하고 있습니다. 특히 1~5세 어린이를 대상으로 한 임상적 무작위 대조 연구를 중심으로 실증적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

1Background: Although midazolam administration may occasionally induce a paradoxical episode, such as threatened crying and violent behavior in children, systematic studies on the causes of paradoxical reaction are limited.
