본 연구는 정상 노인과 경도인지장애(MCI) 노인을 대상으로 단어회상 과제에서 지연유무 및 계열위치에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 대상자는 정상 노인 15명, MCI 15명으로 서울언어학습검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, MCI의 단어 회상율이 정상 노인의 단어 회상율에 비해 낮았고 즉각회상에서 단어 회상율이 지연회상에서 단어 회상율에 비해 높았다. 그리고 계열위치에서 최신위치의 단어 회상율이 초두위치의 단어 회상율과 중간위치의 단어 회상율에 비해 높았다. 정상 집단과 다르게 MCI는 즉각회상에서 최신위치의 단어 회상율이 지연회상의 단어 회상율에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 본 연구는 단어회상 지연유무 및 계열위치에 따른 정상 노인과 MCI 간 단어 회상율에 차이가 있음을 보여주며 단어회상의 지연유무에 따라 계열위치를 분석하는 방법이 MCI 군의 단어회상 책략 손상을 살펴보는 데 유용함을 알 수 있다.

목 적 : 최근 급격히 증가하고 있는 소아비만은 성인기까지 지속될 뿐 아니라 소아기에 이미 고지혈증, 지방간, 인슐린 저항성 등이 나타나며 향후 성인시기에 심혈관질환이나 당뇨병을 초래할 수 있어 더욱 문제가 된다. 본 연구는 동일한 비만 환아들을 1년 후 추적검사 하여 주요 임상지표 및 인슐린저항성의 변화를 알아보고, 이를 통해 관리되지 않은 상태인 소아비만의 자연경과 및 예후를 예측하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 같은 성별과 연령에서 체질량지수(BMI)가 95 백분위수 이상인 8-15세 사이의 비만아 42명을 2004년 6월과 2005년 7월에 소집하여 신체치수 측정과 성 성숙도를 평가하고 혈액 검사를(공복 시의 혈당 및 인슐린, 간효소치, 혈청 지질치, 아디포넥틴)하여 1년 후 변화를 비교분석하였다. 결 과 : 1년 후 대상 비만아의 BMI, 공복 인슐린 농도, 인슐린 저항성 및 고인슐린혈증의 빈도가 유의하게 증가하였으며, 혈중 아디포넥틴 농도는 감소하였다. 인슐린 저항성(HOMA-

목 적 : 본 연구는 발병 초기에 신 침범이 없었던 HSP 환아에서 이들의 여러 임상양상이 질병 경과 중의 신염 발생에 미치는 영향을 비교함에 있어 개별 임상양상에 대한 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통해 유의한 위험인자를 파악함으로써 질환의 경과와 예후 예측에 도움이 되고자 하였다.방 법 : 1998년 1월부터 2003년 3월까지 고려대학교 병원에 입원하였던 HSP 환아 중 발병 초기에 신 침범이 없었던 200명이 연구대상이었다. 연구대상 환아들의 임상양상은 HSP 신염의 위험인자로서 단변량 및 다변량 기법을 사용하여 분석되었다. 다음 단계로 단변량 분석에서 통계적 유의성이 입증된 인자들을 둘씩 짝지어 재분석함으로써 신 침범의 발생을 증가시키는 개별 인자 간 상호작용의 존재 여부를 알고자 하였으며, 다중회귀분석법으로 HSP 신염의 독립적 위험인자를 조사하였다.결 과 : 개별 임상양상으로는 성별, 전구증상 및 발병 전 병력, 심한 복부증상 발생여부, 자반 지속여부, 치료경과 중 스테로이드
