연구실 소개
최민정 교수의 연구실은 영상의학 및 Interventional Radiology 분야에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 소아 환자에서의 감염성 폐질환(예: H1N1 인플루엔자)의 영상 소견 분석과 함께, 출혈성 합병증을 동반한 신장 및 자궁 동맥 기형 등에 대한 혈관성 치료 전략 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 혈관내 스텐트나 embolization 기법을 활용한 정밀한 치료 기법 개선과 함께, 뇌수분실증과 같은 희귀 신경내과적 질환의 영상적 진단 및 관리에도 기여하고 있습니다. 연구는 임상적 문제 해결을 목표로 한 실질적인 영상 진단 및 치료 전략 수립에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

본 논문은 협대역의 플라즈모닉 흡수체 구현을 위한 금속 나노입자 주기구조 설계 및 제작에 관한 연구다. 제안된 플라즈모닉흡수체의 상단 금속 나노입자는 주기적으로 홈이 파여있는 템플릿을 이용하여 전자빔 증착 후, 열처리하는 제작 기술로 형성하였다. 주기적 홈 템플릿 위에 제작된 금속 나노입자를, 따로 제작한 33 nm 두께의 Al2O3가 스퍼터 가공된 200 nm 두께의 금속반사판-기판 상단에 옮기는 방법을 통해 플라즈모닉 흡수체를 제작하였다. 제작된 금속 나노입자는 평균 지름 46 nm, 주기 76 nm의크기를 가졌다. 광학 측정 결과, 제작된 플라즈모닉 흡수체는 중심파장 572 nm, 반값전폭 109.9 nm의 플라즈모닉 공명 흡수를나타내었다.
Systemic anticoagulation is the first-line treatment for symptomatic portal vein system thrombosis (PVST). However, anticoagulation alone may be insufficient to prevent thrombus propagation, and failure to restore portal flow can lead to bowel infarction and portal hypertension.
