연구실 소개
이민정 교수의 연구실은 바이러스성 간염, 특히 만성 간염 B의 정밀 진단 및 치료 반응 예측을 위한 바이오마커 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. qHBsAg와 qHBeAg를 활용한 바이러스 부하 측정 및 항바이러스 치료 반응 예측 모델링을 통해 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고 있으며, 이는 특히 엔테카비르나 아데포비르와 같은 항바이러스제 치료에서의 임상적 유용성을 규명하고자 합니다. 또한 간세포암과 같은 간질환의 생존율 향상 전략과 DNA 복구 이상이 있는 다양한 암 종양에 대한 PARP 억제제의 임상적 적용 가능성에 대해서도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.

Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) have shown clinical activity in patients with germline BRCA1/2 mutation (gBRCAm)-associated breast and ovarian cancers. Accumulating evidence suggests that PARPi may have a wider application in the treatment of cancers defective in DNA damage repair pathways, such as prostate, lung, endometrial, and pancreatic cancers.
