연구실 소개
송민경 교수의 연구실은 항암 치료 유발 장손상 및 피부 손상에 대한 자연물 기반 보호제의 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 5-FU 유도 장염 모델을 활용한 병변 생물학적 마커 규명과 함께, 청색 빛에 의한 피부 세포 손상 완화에 기여하는 식물성 성분의 기전 규명을 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 피부세포에서의 올리거 수용체(OR7A17) 기반 신호전달 경로와 아연산염의 세포 증식 억제 효과 간의 상호작용에 대해서도 기초적 메커니즘을 탐구하고 있습니다.
