본 연구는 리조트 기업에서의 피그말리온 리더행동과 LMX의 질, 직무수행 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하여 리조트 기업 현장에 인적자원관리를 위한 유용한 리더십 정보를 제공하고 구성원들의 직무수행 향상에 도움을 주는데 그 목적이 있다. 모집단으로는 국내 리조트 업체에 근무하고 있는 정규직 직원들을 선정하였고, 이 중 강원도에 소재한 D리조트, H리조트, O리조트에 현재 근무하고 있는 정규직 직원들을 표본 집단으로 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 설문지를 측정도구로써 사용하였으며, 총 301명의 자료를 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 자료 처리에는 Windows용 PASW 18.0 Version과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 모든 분석에서 통계적 유의수준은 α<.05로 설정하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리조트 기업에서의 피그말리온 리더행동은 LMX의
