연구실 소개
동미숙 교수의 연구실은 약물 대사 및 약리학적 작용 메커니즘을 중심으로, 특히 사이클로옥시제나제(CYP) 효소의 기능과 유전적 다형성이 약물 반응성에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 프로톤 펌프 억제제(PPI)의 임상적 영향과 헬리코박터 파일로리 제거율에 영향을 미치는 CYP2C19 및 MDR1 유전자 다형성 간의 연관성을 규명하고 있으며, 비침습적 대사 효소 활성 측정법 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 약물 유도성 간독성 및 유전자 토독성 평가 시스템의 개선을 위한 기초 연구도 진행 중입니다.
