박문향 교수의 연구실은 생체재료 및 조직공학 분야에서 활발한 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 방향은 생체적합성 고분자인 콜라겐, 히알루론산, 케이틴을 기반으로 한 나노소재 및 다공성 스펀지 기반의 생체재료 개발이며, 이는 만성 상처 치유와 조직 재생에 응용됩니다. 또한, 줄기세포 치료의 효능을 높이기 위한 성장인자 전달 시스템과 약물의 체내 분포를 실시간으로 시각화하는 바이오이미징 기술 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

This study was conducted to develop a new sponge type of biomaterial to be used for either wound dressing or scaffold for tissue engineering. Basal cell adenoma is a rare benign salivary gland epithelial tumor, usually involving the parotid gland. We report CT and MR findings of three cases with basal cell adenoma occurring in the parotid gland. Abstract Polyelectrolyte complexes (PECs) composed of chitosan and hyaluronic acid (HA) were prepared in various pH regions and at different weight ratios.
