BACKGROUND: Cyclosporine (CsA), which is used for graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis in allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (allo-HSCT), has a narrow therapeutic range and large interindividual and intraindividual pharmacokinetic variability.
