연구실 소개
김남희 교수의 연구실은 환경 중금속( lead, cadmium, mercury)의 저농도 노출이 만성 신장병에 미치는 영향을 국민건강검진자료를 기반으로 체계적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 특히, 생체내 중금속 농도와 신기능 이상 간의 인과관계를 나이, 성별, 비만, 흡연 등 혼란요인을 보정한 다변량 분석을 통해 규명하고자 합니다. 또한, 대장내시경 검사에서 간과되는 소형·평면형 폴립의 조기 발견을 위한 최적의 내시경 기술 방법론 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 최근에는 간질환과 대사질환, 특히 비알코올성간지방질간염과 당뇨병 이외의 당대사 이상 상태에서의 췌장암 위험도를 생체표지자와 설문조사를 병행해 연구하고 있습니다.

Both elevated serum CEA and CA 19-9 levels were associated with the presence of ACRN, as well as CRC. Elevated CEA levels were also associated with the presence of overall CRN. Moreover, both CEA and CA 19-9 levels were correlated with the severity of CRN.

FDG PET-CT showed lower sensitivity for detecting primary tumor and regional lymph node involvement than MDCT and MRI. However, the SUV<sub>max</sub> of primary tumors and metastatic lesions derived from FDG PET-CT could have significant implications for predicting prognoses in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma patients.
