연구실 소개
이남권 교수의 연구실은 주로 암 치료의 정밀화와 개인화를 목표로 하며, 특히 HER2 양성 유방암, 갑상선암, 자연살해세포/티세포 림프종 등 다양한 암 종류에서 유전자 변이와 표적치료 반응, 방사선 치료 전략의 최적화를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 환자의 예후 예측 및 치료 결정에 기여할 수 있는 생물학적 마커와 임상적 요인의 역할을 규명하고 있으며, 치료 중단 원인 분석을 통해 치료의 연속성과 효과를 향상시키는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히, 수술 전 화학방사선 치료 이후 국소 완치를 위한 수술적 접근 전략에 대한 고도의 임상적 연구도 진행 중입니다.
