연구실 소개
한나연 교수의 연구실은 간경변을 동반한 문맥성 혈전증(Portal Vein Thrombosis, PVT)의 개인화된 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 TIPS 수술, 항응고요법, 관찰 유도 전략을 통합한 다학적 접근을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한 간암, 폐암 등 암의 전이 메커니즘과 관련된 분자 기전, 특히 DACH1 및 CXCL5와 같은 유전자 및 단백질의 역할을 규명하고 있으며, 간질환에서의 혈전 형성 및 손상 반응의 분자 기전을 탐색하고 있습니다. 최근에는 간암 치료 중 발생할 수 있는 가짜 전이성 병변(CIFH)의 영상학적 특징을 규명하여 진단 정확도 향상에 기여하고 있습니다.

15INTRODUCTION: Current guidelines recommend anticoagulation as the mainstay of portal vein thrombosis (PVT) treatment in cirrhosis.
