연구실 소개
박찬 교수의 연구실은 열전 및 초전도체 소재의 설계와 물성 제어를 핵심으로 하며, 특히 산화구리계 초전도체의 구조-성질 상관관계를 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 다공성 및 다결정 스니세이드계 열전재료의 전기적·열적 성능 향상을 위한 합금화 및 도핑 전략을 개발하고 있으며, 스마트 윈도우 기반의 열조절 소재인 VO₂ 기반 다층막의 광학적·열적 성능 최적화에도 주력하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 보행자 위치 추적 알고리즘 개선을 위한 센서 융합 기술 연구도 진행 중입니다.

A novel synthesis method to prepare Si3N4 nanowires from amorphous silicon nitride (a-Si3N4) powder synthesized by a low-temperature vapor-phase reaction method was investigated. Highly crystalline α-Si3N4 nanowires were synthesized by heat treatment of the a-Si3N4 powder under ammonia atmosphere.
