연구실 소개
김률 교수의 연구실은 신종 면역관문 억제제(ICI) 치료 반응과 뇌전이를 동반한 폐암의 종양 미세환경, 특히 PD-1/PD-L1 경로의 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 뇌전이 부위와 원발 병소 간의 면역 반응 차이를 분석하고, 조직에서의 림프구 및 조절성 T세포 침윤 패atters를 면역조직화학적 방법으로 규명함으로써, 뇌전이 폐암의 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 뇌전이의 생물학적 특성과 치료 반응 예측 지표로 활용 가능한 영상 및 분자 마커의 임상적 유용성에 대해서도 다각도로 연구하고 있습니다.

Our findings suggest that both MMSE-MoCA conversion tables are useful instruments for transforming MoCA scores into converted MMSE scores in Korean patients with PD, regardless of educational level.
