연구실 소개
정새임 교수의 연구실은 주로 약물 대사 및 배설 기전, 특히 신기능이 약물 동태학적 특성에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 당뇨병 치료제인 SGLT2 억제제와 P-글리코프로테인 기반 약물 상호작용에 대한 약동학 및 약력학적 분석을 통해 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 출생 전기 및 임신 중 약물 모니터링을 통한 안전한 치료 접근법 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.
